Hermes Delivery Not Arrived In Time Slot
Hermes is a very well known delivery company which works with nearly 10,000 independent couriers that provide you with door to door deliveries. They deal with thousands of parcels on a daily basis, enabling and making sure their customers get their online orders on time.
However, if you’ve ordered something off of the internet and are having it delivered to your front door, then without a shadow of a doubt, you’ll be sent some tracking information. Although, sometimes it does go to plan, especially if there’s a problem when trying to log in, which can lead customers feeling annoyed as they can’t find out what day and time their parcel is being delivered.

We get about one delivery a week with Hermes, they NEVER deliver in the time slot they say - and that can be at 9pm which is a total pain esp when it has NEVER been delivered at that time. Latest yesterday they did not deliver at all because they alleged no-one was at home - a complete fantasy - we were there the whole time, the gate was open, the house door was open and even a note on the threshold to tell them we were home and to leave parcel on the threshold. Do not use them. All our mail orders will now specify 'please do not deliver with Hermes'.
Report this reviewHermes are useless. My local Hermes courier has faked my signature and has also opened my parcels in the past. It’s very irritating that you can’t contact Hermes directly to complain or query a delivery, they tell you to raise it with the retailer you bought the item from and they’ll chase it up. I sent a parcel via Hermes on the 13th OCtober and left it at our local shop. It was collected but has not been delivered. Hermes emailed me to say the house number was missing off the parcel (it wasn't) so I emailed them back with the full address and customer's telephone number. You can register an enquiry if your parcel has not scanned for 2 working days or more after the delivery estimate. Click here to check your estimated delivery date. Only the person who booked the delivery in question can make a claim. Please have your HRM reference to hand and the e-mail used to place the order.
