Chuck Oliverio comes to Sycuan with nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry including restaurant, nightlife and recreational services. Prior to joining Sycuan, he was the General Manager at Gold Spike Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas where he oversaw all hotel operations, including indoor and outdoor venues. His other previous roles include Director of Food & Beverage at Plaza Hotel & Casino, Director of Entertainment and Nightlife at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino and General Manager at 9 Group at Palms Casino Resort.
As the Director of Recreation Services, Oliverio will be overseeing all operations and personnel related to the spa, salon and pool. In his new role, he will be responsible for the successful financial performance of these venues, identifying new opportunities for continuous improvement, and developing a culture of service excellence and team member engagement. His unique background and experience in the development of luxury spas at other resort destinations will be a valuable addition to Sycuan.

Chris Keh has been promoted from his previous position as Environmental Services Manager and has been with the Sycuan organization for over 16 years. Before joining Sycuan, he worked in the hotel industry in a variety of positions including Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Hilton San Diego, Housekeeping Manager at Hilton San Francisco and Towers and Housekeeping at San Francisco Marriott Hotels.
As the new Director of Housekeeping and Environmental Services, Keh will be responsible for developing the hotel housekeeping and casino environmental services teams. In his new role, he will lead his team to a shared commitment to deliver superior service to meet the individual needs of each guest. He will collaborate with other departments to support the overall operations of the new hotel.
Mitch Bradley has been promoted from his previous role as Transportation Manager at Sycuan. He started his career in the casino industry as a Blackjack Dealer and was quickly promoted to Floor Manager, then Pit Manager. In 2000, he became a Casino Shift Manager at Sycuan, until he took on the role of Transportation Manager in 2004.
As the Director of Front Services, Bradley will be responsible for leading the hotel front services team including valet, transportation and bell desk. His new role will be an essential contributor to ensuring service delivery and guest experience standards are elevated and upheld. Bradley will continue to oversee transportation to ensure that it is safe, efficient, reliable and timely.

Sycuan Casino welcomes Justin Hulet as the Director of Revenue Management and Reservations and Kristin O’Rourke as the Associate Director of Sales.
Justin Hulet comes to Sycuan with over 10 years of hotel operations and revenue management experience. Prior to joining Sycuan, he was the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at MGM Resorts International Las Vegas.
Hulet began his revenue management career at the Palms Casino Las Vegas, where he oversaw revenue management strategy and the implementation of a centralized call center, room remodel and various systems. This led to his position at MGM Resorts International where he would oversee several other premier Las Vegas hotel and casinos such as the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Delano Las Vegas, Mirage Hotel & Casino, Luxor Hotel & Casino and Excalibur Hotel & Casino.

As the Director of Revenue Management and Reservations at Sycuan Casino, Hulet will be responsible for leading and developing revenue management and reservation strategy in anticipation of Sycuan’s upcoming hotel and resort expansion. His role will be an important component to the success of the new property and will be responsible for optimizing hotel pricing, room revenue and room reservations.

Kristin O’Rourke brings over 10 years of sales and hospitality industry experience to the Sycuan team. Most recently, O’Rourke was the Corporate Task Force Sales Manager at Evolution Hospitality. O’Rourke’s previous roles include the National Sales Manager at Omni Hotels, Sales Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Resorts and Sales Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

As the Associate Director of Sales at Sycuan Casino, O’Rourke will be assisting the Director of Sales to prepare for the opening of the new hotel by creating and implementing new sales focused procedures. She will be in charge of key accounts and be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Sycuan’s top clients. Another major focus of her position will be supervising and training the sales team, developing their knowledge of sales policies and ensuring the team’s success.
“Justin and Kristin are both well-accomplished professionals in the hospitality industry and bring years of valuable experience to Sycuan,” said Andrew Kerzmann, vice president of hotel operations at Sycuan Casino. “They are an integral part of the pre-opening team and we look forward to their input as we progress toward welcoming group business inquiries in the coming months and individual guest reservations later this year.”
